Definitely we stayed last year for the price you won't find a hotel with daytime and nighttime entertainment on rooms were clean pool was nice definitely recommend

Hi! Depends on what do you mean by "activities". We loved Puerto Rico. Beach is right there and our little one could play in the sand all day. There was an Angry Birds themed park, but we didn't go there so I can't realy recommend it...the island is small and car rent is cheap, you can go anywhere if you want (we rented cicocar). Let me know if you have some more specific questions, I will try to answer and help you decide if Puerto Rico is the best option for your family 😊

It was raining inside our rooms during Valentine’s week, people were sitting out on rails, they were cleaning rooms with tall Rain boots I swear stay away from this place I never want to go back to Cancun. Oh the food is inedible and be prepared to eat off site they cook receipts at almost every seafood Restaurant don’t let the friendly smiles fool you.

We were there two days ago 😂😂😂😂 same it’s Horrendous please don’t waste your vacation. Plus you will starve if you don’t eat the chicken and fries outside. The Buffet gave nausea for a day and a half it looks like slop no lie. The Beach is beautiful if you can get a seat other than that Cancun is off my list forever

Hi! No there are no rocks on the beach. I didn't see any watersports available on the beach probably because the waves are quite huge in all Cancun beach area. There should be some water activities when the water is calm, but during those 12 days we spent by the Cancun beach the waves were wild all the time.

Hi! The level is a Melia hotels created upgrade where you pay extra for benifits that regular guests do not get, for example seperate beach areas, seperate pool, a special check-in desk with welcome drinks, seperate area and menu for breakfast and msny ither benifits.

Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience! Sad to hear that you didn't have a perfect experience at this hotel. I visited in February, and there were no huge crowds then, though I can see how the chairs by the pool could be a problem, because the pool stretches long and if you don't go early to the pool to find a free chair close to main entrance could be a bit difficult, but I'm sure if you walk further you can find a great chair by the pool.

In my opinion the best benefit of the level status was the level only, adults only pool 👌 other pools were loud and crowded and at breakfast the level guests were seated in a seperate area and could also order breakfast from the menu. At the lounge alcohol is free only during happy hour in the evening.

And also the level has the best rooms, with the best views.

Hi! So sorry for replying to you so late. I looked through all of my footage of this hotel and I couldn't find a video or a photo that would remind me what was the room number. I could only find a video of the hall going to the room where I saw a room with a number 652, so this room was on the sixth floor and probably 653, 654, 655 or 656, sorry I know this doesn't help much.

Hi, thanks for watching! I didn't go out much, I was there to mostly relax by the pool or on the beach. But, you are correct all the "action" is close but you will have to take a taxi to get there. The hotel has a sports bar in the lobby, it's stays open quite late and there usually are a lot of people there.

Yes, I totally agree, you can see all the beaches in one day, but to really enjoy every one of them, you definitely need more time than just one day.

Hi! Haven't been to Royalton, will definitely check it out. I'm sorry to hear that someone had a bad experience at Paradisus, though I can't imagine what are those people talking about, I loved the food and everything was perfect with the AC, the staff was very nice, if we have had any problems I think they would fix it right away. Again, I am not promoting this hotel 😅 I just really loved my stay there.
